Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are securely sealed and including the original packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
